My coaching services include standard executive coaching services, emotional intelligence (EI) coaching services and personal mastery work. The services are designed to meet clients where they are and address their specific needs.

Executive coaching is goal-oriented coaching where the client and the coach work together towards achieving specific goals that are designed by the client. These services are guided by the Narrative Coaching methodology and Excelerator Coaching System, which are both accredited by the International Coach Federation.

EI coaching services are designed to measure a client’s current level of EI competencies using either the WEQ or the EQ-i 2.0 assessment tool and then enhance them via various strategies and practices.

Personal Mastery coaching is story-oriented coaching where the power of storytelling is used to help clients understand the stories that they live in and that keep them stuck. It is transformational in nature, as clients learn how to replace their old stories with more empowering and liberating stories. These services are guided by the Great Story Coaching Program and Narrative Coaching principles.
