I am passionate about authentic power and freedom because mine were hard-won. As you will see in my story, my paths through life and leadership have not been easy ones. The more I sought authentic power and freedom, the more I imprisoned myself.

I am passionate about beauty and connection because I am happiest when I am surrounded by beautiful things and when I am in connection and co-creation with others.

We all have stories. Sometimes the stories that we are telling ourselves are not serving us well, quite the contrary, they are sabotaging us. However, we all have the ability to take charge of our own story and become responsible for our life.

Professional Experience

I possess diverse and extensive senior leadership experience, including: providing strategic direction, business planning and project/service delivery services to public and private-sector organizations. I have established and managed outsourcing agreements and managed contracts and vendor relationships. I have successfully led corporate change initiatives including business transformations, start-ups and transitions.

I pride myself on being able to respond to any organizational problem by mobilizing teams and addressing issues quickly, efficiently and thoughtfully. I am proficient in on-time/on-budget delivery of challenging, highly complex and multi-stakeholder IMIT projects.

As a leader, I am dedicated to the development of high-performing teams through ongoing coaching, mentoring and education.
