Coaching Framework for Executive Coaching Services
1. Getting to Know Each Other – This is an initial phase that gives us an opportunity to get to know each other and decide if we want to work together. This phase can be completed within a week depending on your availability.
a. Intake Form: You fill out a standard Intake Form to identify why you are interested in coaching and what you hope to achieve.
b. Conversation and Initial Offer: We get together to review your Intake Form and identify next steps.
c. Foundational/Discovery work: This is an optional discovery session designed to help both of us understand what kind of coaching would be beneficial for you based on where you are at and what you seek to achieve.
2. Building a Relationship – This phase is about defining our coaching engagement to clearly articulate coaching goals and logistics and ensure that you are comfortable with what you will be getting throughout and, at the end of, our coaching relationship. This phase usually takes up to a week for me to draft the contract and for us to review it and then finalize it.
